Overview

  • Planned the application architecture and feature scope from the idea stage.
  • Built a production-ready HR & employee management mobile app.
  • Developed the mobile app using React Native (Expo).
  • Designed and integrated a PostgreSQL-backed backend API.
  • Implemented: Employee attendance tracking, Leave management, Employee profiles, Background location tracking.
  • Built secure REST APIs for frontend–backend communication.
  • Handled authentication, data flow, and API integration.
  • Worked with an external company to: Prepare builds, Ensure Google Play Store compliance, Handle release readiness and stability.
  • Tested, optimized, and iterated based on real-world usage and performance needs.
